- Select five people you will send handwritten notes to this week.
- Choose the reason for each note, such as thank-you, home anniversary, referral appreciation, open house follow-up, market update response, home equity conversation, pop-by, or “thinking of you.”
- Write one short, sincere, and specific note to each person.
- Mail the notes within 48 hours.
