Chapter 11: The Weekly Prospecting Power Hour

Class Overview In this class, Bob Latigona teaches real estate agents how to turn prospecting from something they mean to do into something they actually do every week. Agents will learn how to schedule, protect, and work one focused 60-minute Prospecting Power Hour that creates real estate conversations through warm outreach, follow-up, referral partner check-ins, social media engagement, handwritten notes, market updates, and CRM tracking. This class brings the full Summer of Prospecting system together into one repeatable weekly habit so agents can stop relying on motivation and start building consistency, confidence, and pipeline momentum.

Action Steps Complete these steps after watching the class:

  1. Choose one day and time for your Weekly Prospecting Power Hour and add it to your calendar as a recurring appointment.
  2. Prepare your contact list before the hour begins, including past clients, SOI contacts, active leads, referral partners, social media contacts, and one person who deserves a handwritten note.
  3. Open your CRM, silence distractions, close unnecessary tabs, and protect the full 60 minutes.
  4. Follow the Power Hour structure: set up, warm outreach, active follow-up, referral partner check-ins, social media engagement, and CRM logging.
  5. Use the scripts from the class so you are not trying to figure out what to say during the hour.
  6. Contact people only through appropriate and permitted methods based on the relationship, communication preference, and reason for outreach.
  7. Track every call, text, email, direct message, conversation, resource sent, follow-up, and next step in your CRM.
  8. Choose one accountability partner or group and report your weekly activity, conversations, wins, and next steps.
  9. Repeat the Power Hour once a week for four straight weeks.
  10. Review your results after each Power Hour and adjust your list, scripts, timing, and follow-up plan for the next session.
